Software: Autodesk Maya, Adobe Photoshop

For this project we had to create a bill for Roche PVT, a company in the field of medical technology. I joined the project near the end to finalise the result and to get out the last 5 percent. The 3D-scene already existed and I just optimized the rendersetup to have enough time to post-process the render result in Photoshop (see the following images).

This was a project for the VW-Forum at Friedrichstrasse/Unter den Linden which was and maybe still is a permanent video installation on all screens of the showroom. The task was to create a 15 seconds long animation for each brand of the VW-Group. Mine were MAN and BUGATTI. The beautiful thing on this project was that each artist could suggest his own interpretation of the brand only directed by some basic given things.

MAN:

Here I created a miniature world representing the products of MAN keeping the modern world alive like trucks, busse, engines for ships, pinwheels and a lot more – basic instruments for the global world.

BUGATTI:

The concept was given by Bugatti and realized in direct collaboration with Bugatti’s Art-Department.

Further tasks as compositor was to airbrush small blemishes like enlightened windows, sources of light and the meanwhile distant shooting second unit.
